Essence

Essence is an Informal and Inter-active opportunity to explore spirituality, looking towards a life style of integrating body, mind and spirit.

The interactive programme draws from the teachings of Jesus and the Christian mystics and includes:

Who am I?

The future and mortality

The Essence sessions recommence on Tuesday, March 16th between 7.30-9pm.

St. Andrew's Leisure Club
